This life-size animatronic elephant family group is strictly manufactured in accordance with the general technical specifications of Zigong animatronic creatures. The internal load-bearing frame adopts thickened anti-rust steel pipe, fully welded and multi-layer anti-rust paint treated to prevent rust under long-term humid outdoor environment. All motion joints are equipped with buffer springs and matched deceleration motors to balance load and eliminate operation jitter.
The elephant's whole body is wrapped with layered high-density carving sponge, manually sculpted to restore natural muscle folds and body proportions. The outer layer is coated with multi-layer eco silicone, hand-painted with gradient gray skin grain; the long tusks are independently cast with high-hardness fiberglass material, which is harder and more impact-resistant than silicone, effectively preventing collision damage during visitor interaction.
The supporting control system can trigger all six elephant actions synchronously with built-in authentic elephant roaring audio.
