FCL (Full Container Load) Shipping – Best for Large/Bulk Orders
For orders shipping via full exclusive container, our team optimizes loading to maximize container space and reduce your freight cost:
- Models under 2.7m in height can be loaded directly into containers without disassembly, cutting on-site assembly work for your team.
- Oversized animatronic dinosaurs or custom exhibits are professionally disassembled into 4 core modular sections (head & neck, body, tail, legs) with pre-engineered connection points, making on-site reassembly fast and straightforward.
We strictly follow standard international container dimensions for loading planning:

LCL (Less than Container Load) Shipping – Best for Smaller Orders
For orders that do not fill a full container, we use standardized LCL packaging designed to pass international freight requirements and protect products in shared container loading:
- First layer protection: Every product or disassembled section is fully wrapped in thick industrial bubble wrap to provide waterproof, dustproof and scratch-resistant protection during transit.
- Second layer protection: Wrapped items are packed into heavy-duty export crates. All our crating materials are ISPM 15-compliant fumigation-free plywood, eliminating quarantine risks and customs clearance delays at destination ports.
- Size optimization: To reduce crate volume and lower your LCL freight costs, we may disassemble sections (tails, heads, legs) for smaller models when safe to do so. All sections include pre-fitted quick-connect interfaces, and every order includes a full set of assembly tools and on-site touch-up/repair materials — no specialized equipment or welding required for reassembly.
Per international LCL freight rules and structural crate strength limits, all LCL wooden crates are built to a maximum size of 6m (L) × 2.3m (W) × 2.5m (H).
