1. Pre-sales Technical Confirmation & Project Finalization (Pre-production Verification)
Before production starts, mechanical, electrical and art teams jointly sort out all project parameters and issue a standardized technical confirmation form as the first QC checkpoint.
Key parameters to verify: Overall dimension of 13m T-Rex, indoor/outdoor application environment, designed service life, full preset movements, matching roaring sound effect, foam fire rating, export certification standards (CE/UL), container segmentation plan, venue installation conditions.
After full parameter verification, formal technical documents will be issued for client's secondary signature. Production can only start when all dimensions, movements and material requirements have no conflicts or ambiguities. If conflicting parameters exist, engineers will optimize the plan immediately to avoid post-production rework.

2. CAD Mechanical Drawing Design & Internal Drawing Audit

Senior engineers draw full 2D CAD production drawings based on signed technical documents, covering six core modules: main load-bearing steel frame drawing, connecting rod transmission diagram, motor installation layout, electrical wiring drawing, segmented split dimension drawing, foam thickness marking drawing.
Drafts go through double-person internal audit by workshop chief engineer & senior mechanical engineer. 3. Standard Steel Cutting & Full Welding of Main Frame (Full Welding Inspection)

National standard Q235 carbon steel pipes are adopted and cut strictly per CAD drawings, divided into central load-bearing pipes, auxiliary support pipes and thin shaping wires. For the 13m oversized body, steel pipes for spine, limbs and tail are thickened to prevent deformation & metal fatigue under long-term exhibition.
Licensed welders adopt spot welding + multi-layer full welding composite craft. Supplementary Notes:
1. Jaw and long tail are long-lever structures; small reducers will cause insufficient power & shaking, so WPS/WPO high-torque reducers are mandatory.
2. Every motor passes 24h full-load aging test before delivery, power & torque error controlled within 5%.
3. Independent 150W motor for each front claw, supports separate movement control of left & right claws.
6. Multi-layer Anti-rust Coating for Steel Frame (Coating Thickness Inspection)
After welding & motor assembly pass inspection, all steel frames go through complete anti-rust treatment: grind off welding slag & surface rust first, spray full-coverage anti-rust primer, then intermediate anti-corrosion paint. Outdoor-use models add extra weather-resistant top coat to form triple protection system.

1~2.5mm² national standard copper wires are classified into power lines & signal lines and fixed with cable clips to prevent abrasion during mechanical movement. All wires converge at the dinosaur's right rear leg, extended integrated RVV multi-core cable equipped with pre-installed waterproof aviation plug for quick controller connection.
After wiring, full continuity & insulation test is conducted to eliminate short-circuit & electric leakage risks. For export orders to Europe, EU low-voltage standards will be double-checked; unqualified wire harnesses need full replacement.

8. Layered Polyurethane Foam Wrapping (Foam Thickness & Toughness Inspection)

QC after wrapping: measure foam thickness against drawings; check tight joint without hollow space; joint foam must have enough elasticity. Areas with insufficient thickness or hollow gaps shall be refilled & trimmed.

9. Hand Sculpt Muscle Texture by Professional Craftsmen (Appearance Acceptance)

Professional sculptors carve muscle lines, bone protrusions and facial contours with special cutters referring to dinosaur fossil restoration drawings, restoring thick jaw, spinal protrusion and layered tail muscle to replicate real Cretaceous theropod body shape.
Full visual inspection after sculpting: overall dimension consistent with 13m design standard, smooth natural muscle layers without uneven pits. Distorted parts will be manually repaired and require client online confirmation before next procedure.
QC Standard: Standard body proportion, natural layered muscle texture without missing or concave areas.
10. Constant-temperature Soldering Iron Emboss Skin Texture (Texture Detail Inspection)

Workers use constant-temperature electric soldering irons to stamp scale & wrinkle textures on foam surface. Different grain patterns for head, torso and tail; embossing depth unified at 3~5mm without penetrating foam base.
Texture inspection: uniform grain distribution without random messy marks; insufficient texture on head & back will be re-embossed.
QC Standard: Complete even skin grain, no penetration of foam base, matches real T-Rex epidermal features.
11. Fiber Cloth Reinforcement & Multi-layer Silicone Skin Coating (Skin Tensile Test)

First coat thin transparent silicone on textured foam, fully cover high-elastic fiber cloth and press into grain grooves for anti-tear reinforcement. After the first layer dries, apply silicone in three separate passes, total skin thickness controlled at 4~5mm to balance soft muscle touch and tensile resistance.
Skin strength test after curing: silicone surface no crack or delamination under pulling. Bubbled & thin silicone areas will be polished & recoated; outdoor versions get thicker silicone layer for weather resistance.

12. Layered Pigment Spraying for Realistic Skin (Color Matching Check)
Mix oil paint with diluted silicone coating, spray in layers of base color, gradient shade and dark stripes. Custom color schemes available: paleontology realistic, movie replica, natural earth tone. Darker wash coating on head & spine to enhance lifelike effect.
Color comparison with confirmed color card after full curing; re-spray if uneven color or missing white spots exist.

14. 72-hour Full Machine Aging Test (Final Comprehensive QC)

Connect the rear leg aviation plug to standard infrared controller, match all preset movements & synchronized roaring sound, run non-stop for 72 hours to simulate long-term exhibition working state.
Final overall inspection after aging test: 1. All movements & audio fully synchronized without stuttering 2. Infrared sensor sensitive, auto sleep without visitors 3. Motors & wires free of overheat 4. Silicone skin & foam without crack or paint peel Any malfunction requires disassembly & repair; only 100% qualified unit can be finished product.

15. Modular Protective Packaging & Pre-shipment Final Inspection
The 13m oversized T-Rex is split into head, torso, limbs and tail as per pre-design drawing; each split joint marked clearly. Whole body wrapped with bubble film & thick pearl cotton, hard angle guards protect teeth & sharp parts against collision, then packed in export solid wooden cases fit for container shipping.
Final inspection before sealing: full set of accessories counted (controller, speaker, infrared sensor, waterproof cover, spare nuts & rubber rings). Order model, dimension & test reports attached with photos filed before shipment arrangement.
