The Tyrannosaurus rex was a large carnivorous dinosaur that lived approximately 68.5 to 65 million years ago. It was one of the largest land predators on Earth. The body length of the Tyrannosaurus rex could reach 12 meters, and it weighed about 7 tons. It had a large head, a long and strong tail, two thick hind legs, and a pair of shorter forelimbs.
The head of the Tyrannosaurus rex was extremely large, with a broad mouth filled with many sharp teeth. The power of its head was so great that it could crush bones. Its eyesight and sense of smell were both highly acute, making it an excellent hunter.
The Tyrannosaurus rex has received much attention in the scientific community because it is a very unique dinosaur and there are a large number of its fossil samples.
