01After the Paris exhibition client finalized the full dinosaur lineup and design specifications in October 2021, our production workshop launched full-cycle manufacturing covering every stage of animatronic dinosaur creation: 3D sculpting, internal mechanical frame assembly, waterproof silicone skin molding, detailed texture painting, voice system programming, multi-action movement debugging, and quality inspection. The full production workflow took exactly 65 days to complete without delays.

02Every dinosaur unit passed strict factory testing: all body movements (jaw opening, limb swinging, tail swaying, eye blinking), pre-recorded realistic dinosaur roars, and automatic sensor trigger functions were verified repeatedly before packing. Each model was wrapped with shockproof foam and loaded into sealed shipping containers to withstand long-distance ocean transport to France. The full shipment departed our factory port bound for Paris on December 10, 2021. Once cargo arrived at Porte de Versailles Exhibition Park, local construction teams coordinated with our remote technical guidance to unload, assemble, wire, and position every animatronic dinosaur across the 3,000㎡ indoor venue.
