This 8m animatronic carnotaurus adopts standardized Zigong dinosaur manufacturing craft. Internal load-bearing frame uses thickened Q235 steel pipe, full welding and three-layer anti-rust paint treatment to avoid rust after long-time outdoor placement. Every motion group is equipped with matched reducer motors, balanced by buffer springs to prevent jamming caused by lever load.
Different from ordinary dinosaur models, independent drive components are reserved for the torso, realizing exclusive body up and down floating movement, simulating the prehistoric predator’s slow stalking posture. All skin textures are manually hot-carved by craftsmen, with layered oil paint coloring and natural weathering treatment, highly restore the rough leather characteristics of real Carnotaurus.
The matched simulated rock base is integrated with wire hiding slots and equipment storage space, all control equipment is hidden inside, the whole set forms a complete prehistoric landscape without additional stone decoration. Built-in high-fidelity Carnotaurus roar sound, all actions are synchronized with audio when triggered by passing visitors, ideal long-term static & dynamic display facility for dinosaur parks, science museums, shopping mall seasonal exhibitions and children amusement zones.
Q: Will the body up-down movement damage the internal steel frame after long-term use?
A: No. We strengthen the torso bearing beam and add multi-group buffer springs specially for the body floating structure. All drive motors adopt matched reducers to reduce long-term torsion loss. Factory completes 72-hour continuous aging test before delivery, normal indoor & outdoor use will not cause frame deformation or motor failure within 3 years.
Q: Does the rock base need separate installation or on-site assembly?
A: No assembly required. The simulated rock base is prefabricated as one-piece matching structure with the Carnotaurus model. After unpacking, just place the dinosaur body on the rock base and plug the reserved wiring plug, ready to run within 10 minutes without complicated construction.
Q: How does the weight and base size affect site preparation?
A: With a weight of 430kg and a compact 2.5m × 1.1m footprint, the model is balanced for stability without needing an overly complex concrete foundation. You can place it on flat ground or a reinforced wooden platform, then quickly dress the base to hide the mechanical support.
Q: Can this Carnotaurus work outdoors under rain and high temperature?
A: Standard version is only suitable for indoor exhibition. If you need outdoor long-term display, we provide full waterproof upgrade service: sealed motor cabin, waterproof silicone outer skin and rainproof control box, which can adapt to -40℃~40℃ all climate environments.
