• Q2: What is the process from placing an order to final delivery?

  After we receive your inquiry, a dedicated representative will provide one-on-one service to discuss and finalize the product plan and the best shipping method, and offer you accurate quotations for both the products and logistics.
  Once both parties reach an agreement, we begin by drawing CAD blueprints and sending them to you for confirmation. Production then proceeds step by step-every stage is documented with photos or videos and sent to you for approval before moving forward. You are also welcome to visit our factory to oversee production in person.
  After the product is completed, it undergoes over 48 hours of continuous factory testing to ensure stability. Once testing is passed, we schedule the delivery date and proceed with packaging and container loading.
  We also provide professional installation and exhibition setup services. When the products arrive at your site, we dispatch our technicians to your location for on-site assembly, commissioning, and final handover.
  Throughout the entire process, all you need to do is provide your product requirements and offer feedback during production-we take care of the rest.

• Q3: Can these animatronic dinosaurs be used outdoors long‑term? What is their lifespan?

  Absolutely. Our animatronic dinosaurs are specifically designed for extended outdoor use. All steel frames are treated with high-grade anti-rust coating, the skin is made of weather-resistant silicone, and all electrical components such as control boxes are fully waterproof. They stand up to sun, wind, and rain without issue.
  Under normal use-excluding man-made damage-they have a service life of 8 to 10 years, easily covering your entire operational cycle. And we’ve got you covered with a 24-month non-human-damage warranty. Even after the warranty expires, we still offer replacement parts at cost and free repair guidance whenever you need it.

• Q4: What factors determine the product price, and how can I reduce costs?

  The price of an animatronic dinosaur consists of several components: raw materials (steel, motors and reducers, foam, silicone, and various auxiliary materials), labor costs at each production stage, factory and equipment depreciation, and logistics and freight charges. Among these, materials and labor account for the largest share. Generally speaking, the more complex the model, the higher the price; and the longer the shipping distance or the more containers used, the more the freight cost per unit increases.
  To help you manage your budget, we typically recommend the following cost-saving strategies:
  1. Streamline product design - Reasonably simplify the size, appearance, and movement complexity to meet your expectations while reducing production difficulty.
  2. Optimize shipping - Adding more disassembly points for large dinosaurs allows for more efficient container space utilization and lowers freight costs.
  3. Self-installation - If you have sufficient on-site manpower, we can provide remote training for assembly and commissioning, allowing your team to handle the installation and significantly cut down on deployment expenses.

• Q5: What maintenance is required during daily use? Is it difficult?

  Maintenance is actually quite simple. Based on our 15 years of exhibition experience, the most common issue during daily operation is human‑caused damage. For example, when children hold onto the dinosaur's head while it's moving left and right, the motor becomes overloaded, overheats, and can easily blow a fuse or deform the internal steel frame. To prevent such situations, we recommend arranging on-site supervision, setting up barriers around the dinosaurs, and posting clear warning signs such as "Danger: Electric Shock Hazard - Do Not Touch."
  After prolonged outdoor use, the dinosaur skin may accumulate dust, leaves, rain, or snow. During park closures, you can rinse the skin with a low-pressure water hose. When cleaning, use a soft cloth or gentle brush-avoid hard or sharp-bristled tools that could scratch the silicone surface. This will help keep the skin color vibrant even after long-term exposure.

• Q6: I'm concerned about payment security. How can I be sure?
  

  You can rest easy. Before signing the contract, you can request a virtual factory tour via video call, or better yet-visit our factory in person to see everything firsthand.
  Once the contract is signed, both parties are protected under international trade law. In the unlikely event of any disputes or disagreements, they can be resolved through negotiation in accordance with the contract terms.
