How to Protect Animatronic Dinosaurs Before the Exhibition

Important Reminders for Pre-Exhibition Animatronic Dinosaur Protection

To ensure our animatronic dinosaurs shine bright during the exhibition, here are crucial protection tips for the pre-show storage period. When you've ordered 20 or more dinosaurs and keep them outdoors or in large warehouses until a week before the event, neglecting protection can cause serious, irreparable damage.

1. Risks of Early Bubble Wrap Removal

Tearing off the bubble wrap too soon is a big no-no! If it rains, muddy water can seep into the seams of the dinosaur's skin, leaving behind stubborn stains. And in dusty areas, tiny particles might get stuck in the electronics or mechanical parts. This not only ruins the look but also wears down the inner components, increasing the chance of malfunctions.

2. Hazards of Ignoring Stray Animals

Stray cats and dogs love to chew on things, and our dinosaurs'realistic skin is an easy target. Once the skin gets torn, the exposed wires and gears are at risk. A simple bite could lead to short circuits or jammed movements, rendering the dinosaur useless.

3. Consequences of Overlooking Birds

Birds might seem harmless, but their sharp beaks can peck at the dinosaur's skin, creating holes or tears. If these damages aren't fixed quickly, moisture can seep in and speed up material decay. Plus, repairing the skin to its original state is a real headache.

4. Dangers of Unsupervised Visitors

Letting people wander around the dinosaurs before the exhibition, especially without stopping kids from pulling or climbing on them, is a recipe for disaster. Rough handling can warp the skin, knock off decorations, or even loosen the internal frame. This not only shortens the dinosaur's lifespan but also poses safety risks during the show.
